Delivery Specialist

Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner while using fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage. Collect money on C.O.D. deliveries, pick up customer returns, and fill out driver return slips. Communicate special needs to store management, report maintenance issues or accidents immediately, and ensure fuel tanks are filled and vehicles are locked and secured at day's end. Perform additional duties as assigned, including customer service, sweeping, stocking, merchandising, and cashier tasks. A legally required state driver's license and strong interpersonal communication skills are required. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
- Must meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
