Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers safely, capturing signatures and updating mileage via handheld devices. Collect money on C.O.D. deliveries, pick up customer returns, and communicate special needs to store management. Maintain vehicles by completing daily inspections, keeping them clean, and reporting maintenance or damage immediately. Secure all keys, fuel cards, devices, and collected monies at all times. Fill out driver return slips, clock in/out per policy, and perform assigned tasks such as stocking, merchandising, or cashier duties as business dictates. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired. Competitive wages, paid time off, and stock purchase plans offered.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
- Must meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
