Job Summary
Deliver parts and/or products to professional customers using company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, including COD collections and processing returns. Operate delivery fleet devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update mileage, and conduct daily vehicle inspections. Maintain vehicle and equipment security (keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies), assist with cashiering and merchandising as needed, and perform additional duties such as stocking, customer service, and merchandising tasks as dictated by business needs. Must have a legally required state driver’s license and a driving record meeting company standards; bilingual (Spanish) candidates are encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Experience with operating delivery fleet management hand-held devices and processing deliveries
