Job Summary
Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner, collect COD payments, and pick up customer returns. The role requires using fleet-management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and perform daily vehicle inspections. Responsibilities include keeping vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies secure, servicing customers, stocking and merchandising tasks as needed, and coordination with store management for any issues. Required Qualifications
- Legally required state driver's license
- Driving record that meets company 14/18-point standard
- Ability to use delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, and update mileage
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide customer service
- Ability to perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Flexibility to handle COD payments and customer returns
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desired
