Delivery Specialist

Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers while collecting C.O.D. payments and picking up customer returns. Use delivery fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, secure keys and fuel cards, and report maintenance needs or accidents immediately. Fill out driver return slips for new, warranty, and core returns, and communicate special customer needs to store management. Ensure fuel tanks are filled and lock vehicles at day's end. Perform additional duties as assigned, including customer service, sweeping, stocking, merchandising, and cashier tasks. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
- Must meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements

- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish fluency
