Job Summary
Maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers safely and efficiently. Collect money on C.O.D. deliveries, pick up customer returns, and use fleet management devices to process transactions, capture signatures, and update mileage. Keep vehicles clean, maintain them, and complete daily inspections before operating. Secure keys, fuel cards, hand-held devices, and collected monies at all times. Communicate customer issues to management, report maintenance needs or accidents immediately, and ensure fuel tanks are filled and vehicles are locked at end of day. Clock in/out per policy and perform assigned duties including customer service, sweeping, stocking, and merchandising. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Legally required state driver's license
- Meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements

- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish fluency
