Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely while collecting money on C.O.D. deliveries and picking up returns. Use delivery fleet management devices to process shipments, capture signatures, update mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections. Keep vehicles clean, maintain fuel levels, and secure keys, devices, and collected monies at all times. Communicate customer issues to management and report maintenance needs or accidents immediately. Perform additional duties as assigned, including sweeping, stocking, merchandising, and assisting with cashier tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
- Must meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
