Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist is responsible for operating company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include processing deliveries with hand-held devices, maintaining and securing delivery vehicles, picking up customer returns, and communicating customer needs to management. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record, possess strong communication skills, and adapt to changing situations. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish. The position offers competitive wages and various benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
