Job Summary
Delivery Specialist responsible for operating store vehicles to deliver parts/products to customers, collecting cash on COD deliveries, and handling customer returns. Role encompasses driving safely, using fleet management devices to process deliveries, capturing customer signatures, updating mileage, performing daily vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness and security of vehicles and equipment, and performing additional duties such as basic customer service, stocking, and merchandising as needed. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Legally required state driver’s license and meet company driving eligibility requirements
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
