Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist is responsible for operating company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently. The role includes collecting money on C.O.D. deliveries, picking up customer returns, and ensuring vehicle maintenance and security. Candidates need a legally required state driver's license, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills. Desired qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and the ability to operate light store equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Legally required state driver's license
- Must meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
