Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner, perform daily vehicle inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness. Responsibilities include collecting money on C.O.D. deliveries, managing returns, and communicating customer needs to management. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and meet specific driving eligibility requirements. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
