Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers safely and efficiently, manage C.O.D. deliveries, and handle customer returns. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, customer communications, and additional duties related to customer service and stock management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
- Must meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
