Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner, using hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage. Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and secure keys, fuel cards, and collected monies. Pick up customer returns such as warranties and cores, communicate special needs to store management, and report maintenance issues or accidents immediately. Clock in/out per policy and handle general duties including stocking, merchandising, and cashier tasks when assigned. A legally required state driver's license and clean driving record are essential. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
- Must meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
