Job Summary
Delivery Specialist responsible for operating company vehicles to deliver parts/products to customers, collecting COD payments, and handling customer returns. Requires safe driving, device proficiency for delivery processes, vehicle inspections, secure handling of keys, fuel cards, and monies, and strong communication. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Responsibilities include delivering orders, processing deliveries with hand-held devices, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and security, handling returns, coordinating with store management for issues, and performing additional duties such as cashiering or merchandising when required. Required Qualifications
- Legally required state driver�s license
- Driving record meets company standard (14/18-point system)
- Ability to operate delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update mileage, and perform daily vehicle inspections
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations
- Must keep vehicles clean and secure; ensure fuel tank is filled and vehicle secured at end of day
- Ability to pick up customer returns and complete driver return slips
- Ability to clock in/out per company policy
- Ability to assist with cashier responsibilities and merchandising when needed
