Job Summary
Delivery Specialist to operate and maintain store vehicles for delivering parts/products to professional customers, collect COD payments, and handle returns. Role includes using fleet-management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, log vehicle mileage, and perform daily vehicle inspections; requires secure handling of vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies. May assist customers as a cashier and with merchandising tasks; bilingual (Spanish) encouraged. Emphasis on safety, customer service, and adherence to company policies with potential for growth within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
