Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include processing deliveries and customer interactions using handheld devices, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and upkeep, securing vehicles and collected funds, and performing customer service tasks as needed. Required skills include quick matching of alphanumeric sequences, strong interpersonal communication, and a valid state driver's license that meets company driving requirements. Additional preferred qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and fluency in multiple languages.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
