Job Summary
Delivery Specialist operates store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner. This position may collect money on COD deliveries, pick up customer returns, and assist with cashiering or merchandising tasks as needed. Responsibilities include using delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, perform daily vehicle inspections, and ensure vehicles and related equipment are secure and maintained. The role may involve customer service duties, stocking and merchandising tasks, and handling core returns; bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
