Job Summary
Delivery Specialist responsible for operating company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers, handling COD payments, securing vehicles and monies, processing deliveries with handheld devices (signatures, mileage, inspections), and supporting store operations. Duties include picking up customer returns, assisting customers, cashiering or merchandising when needed, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and readiness, and reporting maintenance or security issues to management. Requires ability to adapt to delivery scenarios, strong communication, and a valid state driver’s license; bilingual abilities (Spanish) encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Legally required state driver's license
- Driving record must meet company standard (14/18-point system)
- Ability to operate delivery fleet management handheld devices
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual abilities preferred (Spanish highly desired)
