Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner, using hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage. Maintain and secure all vehicles, keys, fuel cards, and collected monies by completing daily inspections and ensuring proper locking procedures. Pick up customer returns, communicate special needs to management, and report any accidents or damage immediately. Clock in/out according to policy and perform additional duties as assigned, including customer service, stocking, and merchandising. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
- Must meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
