Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist is responsible for maintaining and operating store vehicles to safely and efficiently deliver parts and products to professional customers. Duties include handling C.O.D. transactions, collecting customer returns, and using fleet management devices for deliveries. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and maintain a valid driver’s license while ensuring vehicle cleanliness and security throughout the delivery process.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
