Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include using delivery fleet management devices, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and security, processing C.O.D. deliveries, handling customer returns, and communicating effectively with store management regarding customer needs. Essential skills include strong interpersonal communication and quick adaptation to changing delivery situations, alongside maintaining a valid state driver's license and compliant driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
