Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers while collecting C.O.D. payments and picking up customer returns. Use fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and security of keys, fuel cards, and collected monies. Communicate customer issues to management, report maintenance needs or accidents immediately, and ensure fuel tanks are filled before end-of-day lockout. Perform clock-in/out per policy and assist with customer service, cashier duties, merchandising, and stock orders as assigned. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
- Must meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
