Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to safely deliver parts and products to professional customers, handle C.O.D. transactions, and manage customer returns. Responsibilities include utilizing delivery fleet management devices, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring proper vehicle security. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations are essential, alongside a valid driver's license meeting company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
