Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining and operating vehicles, processing deliveries using hand-held devices, collecting payments for C.O.D. deliveries, and communicating customer needs to store management. Must ensure vehicle maintenance and security, manage customer returns, and assist with general customer service tasks as needed. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Valid state driver's license
- Meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
