Job Summary
Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers, process deliveries with hand-held devices, collect COD payments, and handle customer returns. Responsibilities include keeping vehicles secure and maintained, performing daily inspections, ensuring fuel and keys are secured, assisting with cashiering or merchandising as needed, and providing strong customer service. Bilingual capabilities (Spanish) are highly desired, and the role may involve additional duties such as stocking, merchandising, and running errands. Multiple premiums or bonuses may apply depending on schedule, facility, or work performed.
Required Qualifications
- Legally required state driver’s license
- Meet company driving eligibility requirements
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to operate delivery fleet management hand-held devices
- Ability to process COD deliveries and collect money securely
- Ability to complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and security of vehicles
