Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist operates company vehicles to safely deliver parts and products to customers and is responsible for collecting C.O.D. payments and picking up returns. Key duties include using delivery fleet management devices, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, conducting inspections, and ensuring security of delivery assets. This role requires the ability to match alphanumeric sequences, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Candidates will adapt to various delivery situations and ensure vehicle maintenance is reported promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
