Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers, maintain delivery vehicles, and ensure they are secure at all times. Responsibilities include using delivery fleet management devices, collecting funds on C.O.D. deliveries, communicating customer needs, picking up returns, and performing general tasks such as stocking and merchandising. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and meet driving eligibility requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
