Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner. The role requires the ability to use handheld devices for delivery management and to maintain security of vehicles and collected funds. Responsibilities include collecting C.O.D. payments, handling returns, and reporting vehicle issues. Strong interpersonal communication skills and an adaptable approach to changing situations are essential. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
