Job Summary
Delivery Specialist will operate company vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner, collect COD payments, and handle customer returns. Responsibilities include using fleet-management hand-held devices to process deliveries and signatures, performing daily vehicle inspections, keeping vehicles and related assets secure, picking up returns, and communicating customer needs to store management. May assist customers as a cashier and support merchandising tasks as needed. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply and the role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer service in a retail automotive parts environment.
Required Qualifications
- Legally required state driver''s license
- Driving record must meet company standard (14/18-point system)
- Ability to operate delivery fleet management hand-held devices
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles and perform daily vehicle inspections
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
- Ability to communicate in English; Spanish is highly desired
