Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist operates store vehicles to safely and efficiently deliver parts and products to professional customers, while also managing customer returns and collecting C.O.D. payments. Candidates are required to be skilled in matching alphanumeric sequences, possess strong communication skills, and have a valid state driver's license with a good driving record. The role includes responsibilities for vehicle maintenance, customer service tasks, and assisting with merchandising when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
