Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist is responsible for maintaining and operating store vehicles to efficiently deliver parts and products to professional customers. Responsibilities include using delivery management devices, securing delivery vehicles, processing customer returns, and communicating customer needs. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and meet the company's driving eligibility criteria. The role may require occasional customer service and merchandising tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet company standards
- Possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
