Job Summary
Deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner using company vehicles; collect COD payments and pick up customer returns. Operate fleet-handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update mileage, and perform daily vehicle inspections. Maintain vehicle and equipment security (vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies); ensure proper disposal of returns and assist with customer service, cashiering, merchandising, and stocking as needed. Bilingual candidates encouraged; prior experience with automotive parts and Spanish language abilities are beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.
