Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to safely deliver parts and products to customers, collect payments on C.O.D. deliveries, and pick up customer returns. Key responsibilities include using fleet management devices for processing deliveries, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and security, and communicating customer needs to store management. Candidates must have strong communication skills, meet specific driving record standards, and possess a valid state driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
