Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to safely and efficiently deliver parts and products to customers while also handling C.O.D. deliveries and customer returns. Key responsibilities include using delivery management devices, ensuring vehicle cleanliness and maintenance, securing collected funds, and communicating customer needs to store management. The role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a valid driver's license. Additional duties may include customer service, merchandising, and general stocking tasks. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
