Job Summary
Delivery Specialist will operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner, collect money on COD deliveries, pick up customer returns, and perform related duties including using fleet devices, processing deliveries, obtaining customer signatures, updating mileage, performing daily vehicle inspections, keeping vehicles and equipment secure, and potentially assisting customers as a cashier or with merchandising tasks as business dictates. The role requires maintaining vehicle cleanliness and readiness, reporting maintenance or damage, and following company policies for clocking in/out. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The position emphasizes customer service, attention to detail in delivery and returns processes, and adherence to safety and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Legally required state driver\'s license
- Driving record must meet company 14/18-point standard
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing delivery situations
- Ability to operate delivery fleet management hand-held devices
- Possess required state driving eligibility
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
