Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers, ensuring safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include processing deliveries with fleet management devices, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and security, and handling customer returns and COD payments. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license, and adhere to company driving standards. This role may involve additional tasks such as customer service, merchandising, and general stock maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
