Job Summary
Deliver parts and products to professional customers, operate delivery fleet vehicles, and process cash-on-delivery payments. Responsible for collecting monies, handling customer returns, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and inspections, securing vehicles and equipment, and completing daily vehicle-related duties. May assist customers as a cashier and participate in merchandising tasks when business dictates. Requires strong customer service, ability to use fleet management devices, and a valid driver’s license; bilingual (Spanish) is highly desired. O’Reilly Auto Parts emphasizes safety, maintenance, and a promote-from-within culture.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
