Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner while using fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage. Maintain and secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, and collected monies; complete daily inspections and fill out return slips for customer returns. Communicate customer issues to management, report maintenance needs or accidents immediately, and ensure fuel tanks are filled and vehicles are locked at day's end. Clock in/out per policy and perform assigned duties including customer service, sweeping, stocking, merchandising, cashiering, and handling core returns. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
- Must meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
