Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist is responsible for maintaining and operating store vehicles to deliver products and parts to customers safely and efficiently. This role includes managing C.O.D. deliveries, customer returns, and handling vehicle inspections. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a valid state driver's license, and meet company driving standards. Duties involve secure handling of delivery vehicles and assisting in various store tasks, including customer service and stocking.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
