Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers, ensuring safe and efficient delivery. Responsible for collecting money on C.O.D. deliveries, picking up customer returns, and keeping vehicles clean and maintained. The role involves using delivery fleet management devices, processing deliveries, and ensuring security of delivery items. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations are required, along with a valid state driver’s license that meets company eligibility requirements. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
