Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers, ensuring safe and efficient deliveries and responsible vehicle operation. Responsibilities include collecting money on C.O.D. deliveries, processing deliveries with handheld devices, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and handling customer returns. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, driving eligibility, and must be able to adapt to changing situations. Required Qualifications
- Legally required state driver's license
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
