Job Summary
Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to deliver parts/products to professional customers, process COD deliveries, collect payments, and pick up returns. Responsibilities include maintaining and inspecting delivery vehicles, securing keys, fuel cards, devices and monies, handling customer returns, communicating issues to management, and performing additional duties such as cashiering and stocking as needed. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; strong interpersonal skills and adherence to vehicle safety and security practices are required.
Required Qualifications
- Legal driver’s license
- Clean driving record per company policy (14/18-point system)
- Ability to operate delivery fleet management devices
- Ability to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, complete vehicle inspections
- Ability to handle cash/monies collected securely
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to communicate in Spanish (highly desired)
