Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to deliver parts and products, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities include collecting C.O.D. payments, picking up customer returns, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and performing daily vehicle inspections. Candidates must possess a state driver's license, demonstrate strong communication skills, and adapt to changing delivery situations. Additional tasks include customer service and assisting with in-store responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Legally required state driver's license
- Meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
