Job Summary
Operate and maintain store delivery vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers, collect COD payments, and pick up customer returns. Performs daily vehicle inspections, uses fleet-management handheld devices to process deliveries and capture customer signatures, and keeps vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies secure. May assist customers as a cashier and help with merchandising tasks; may perform general stocking and other duties as assigned. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; strong emphasis on safety, customer service, and ability to adapt to changing delivery situations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Driving record must meet the company’s 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
