Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers, collect C.O.D. payments, and pick up returns. Responsibilities include maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety, processing deliveries using hand-held devices, and reporting any vehicle issues. Required skills include strong communication and adaptability, with a valid driver’s license necessary. This role may also involve assisting customers and cashier duties in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
