Delivery Specialist

Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers safely and efficiently. Use fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage while maintaining daily vehicle inspections. Collect money on C.O.D. deliveries and pick up customer returns, including new, warranty, and core items. Communicate customer problems to management and report maintenance needs or accidents immediately. Secure vehicles, keys, fuel, and monies at all times. Clock in/out per policy and perform general duties such as stocking, merchandising, and cashiering when assigned. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
- Must meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
