Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner, using hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage. Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and secure keys, fuel cards, and collected monies. Pick up customer returns including warranties and cores, communicate special needs to management, and report maintenance or accidents immediately. Clock in/out per policy and fill out driver return slips. Additional duties include sweeping, stocking, merchandising, and assisting with cashier tasks when business dictates. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired. Competitive wages, paid time off, and stock purchase plan available.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
- Meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
