Job Summary
Delivery Specialist responsible for operating store vehicles to deliver parts/products to professional customers, collecting COD payments, handling customer returns, maintaining fleet devices, ensuring vehicle readiness and safety, and providing customer service. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Includes potential cashier/merchandising support and a range of duties from routing and dock procedures to stock and merchandising tasks, with emphasis on safety, security of assets, documentation, and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet company standards (14/18-point)
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Experience with operating delivery fleet management handheld devices
- Ability to perform daily vehicle inspections and secure company assets
- Comfort with cash handling and COD deliveries
- Ability to provide good customer service and merchandising support
- Attention to safety and compliance with company policies
- Willingness to assist with additional duties (stocking, cashier, etc.)
- Ability to communicate issues to store management
- Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness
