Job Summary
Delivery specialist grows the storefront experience by greeting customers on the sales floor, guiding them to merchandise or to parts specialists, and handling cashier duties with a quick, friendly checkout. Responsibilities include stocking and front-floor presentation per planograms, updating prices and display materials, assisting with stock adjustments and cycle counts, helping complete the store To Do List and Team Weekly tasks, and acting as the primary shoplifting deterrent/security for the front area. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired. Related duties include assisting customers with tickets, payments (cash, checks, credit cards), and maintaining a clean, fully stocked, customer-ready front display. The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, inventory control, cashier experience, and adherence to company guidelines, with opportunities for growth within the organization.
