Job Summary
As a Delivery Specialist, you will operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers efficiently while maintaining the cleanliness and security of the vehicles. Responsibilities include processing deliveries using hand-held devices, managing C.O.D. collections, picking up customer returns, and reporting vehicle maintenance needs. Essential skills include strong communication abilities, quick adaptability to changing situations, and a valid state driver's license. The role may occasionally require general stocking, cashier duties, and customer assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
